Australia’s first lithium-ion battery factory to be built in NSW
Renaissance One, Australia’s first lithium-ion battery factory, is to be built at Tomago in the Hunter region of NSW, announced Energy Renaissance, the manufacturer, in The Industrial and Safety Bulletin of Manufacturers Monthly.
The batteries are safe, affordable and optimised to work in hot climates and can be used to power, infrastructure, buildings, businesses and homes.
It is anticipated that more than half of their products will be exported through the Port of Newcastle.
