Anglicare aged care facility – Gordon

Project consists of demolition of the Roden Cutler Lodge a partial demolition of the Lady Gowrie Residential Care complex consisting of the Begbie Ward and connection to Burnham Thorpe removal of a gazebo and attached outbuildings and demolition of existing residential dwellings.
Demolition of eastern wing of the Burnham Thorpe Building incl. ‘Ruby Storey Pavilion’ and demolition of remaining wings of the Lady Gowrie Residential Care complex.

Construction of a new 3-storey residential aged care facility.
