ADCO wins $65m mixed use development south of Newcastle

Spotlight Retail Group has awarded the $65m mixed use development at its Pacific Highway site south of Newcastle. The development includes a carpark and 3 buildings across 80,000m2. Key tenants include Bunnings, Spotlight and Anaconda. Construction will begin at the end of this month and is expected to be completed by late 2020.
