ADCO to deliver $55m Leisure Centre

ADCO has been awarded the $55m contract to deliver the new St Albans leisure centre. The project includes the demolition of the existing facility and construction of a new health and wellbeing hub. A 50m swimming pool, learn-to-swim pool, recovery pool, play area, water-slides, gym and community spaces are all included. The project is scheduled for commencement next month with a planned completion of April 2022.
