$33M BEACHSIDE DEVELOPMENT NSW MID NORTH COAST

Developers have applied to build 88 townhouses and apartments as part of a $33-million development in Old Bar, a small New South Wales coastal town between Newcastle and Coffs Harbour.

The proposed development is for a mixed housing development consisting of:

• Traditional residential lots
• 56 two and three-bedroom townhouses
• 24 two-bedroom apartments
• 8 housing lots
• Majority of buildings with a maximum height of 8.5 metres

Old Bar has a population of about 5000 people.
