$1Bn project approved for Fishermans Bend
Another COVID-recession breaker project has been approved for Fishermans Bend with the new 3 tower Gurner development at Montague Street given the green light. The $1Bn development will include 700 mixed-use residences and hotel rooms, retail and commercial space as well as social housing space. The project is one of a string of proposals for the suburb which is looking to redesign itself as a hub of education, commerce and near-to-cbd living.
